Returns and Refunds

We operate a money back guarantee.

If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact chad@chadcargill.com to arrange a return and refund.

Warranty

If you calculator breaks within one year of purchase, you may ship it to our office for a replacement. (Note, this does not cover excessive damage such as dropping it into a swimming pool or running it over in your car.)

Calculator Programming Reset

If your calculator programming is lost or erased, please ship your calculator to our office and we will pay to ship it back.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship products within 24-48 hours of purchase, however sometimes due to unforeseen weather and medical reasons, shipments may take up to two weeks. (highly unlikely)

Our online store does not save credit card numbers. We use Google/Paypal/Amazon to handle our customer credit card numbers. We only use your email address to send email directly to you. We will not sell your email address.
