Chad is the founder of Cargill Consulting. During high school Chad knew he needed to win scholarships in order to attend Oklahoma State University.

Chad's Freshman year in high school, he discovered that many scholarships were based on ACT scores and the journey was on. He took the ACT a total of 18 times in high school raising his score from a 19 to a 32. This phenomenal increase was simply due to him learning what was on the test and how to take it.

After graduating high school, Chad went back to his high school to tell some of the students what he learned from the test. When the results of those students' tests were very positive, the counselor asked if he would come back to tell more students what he had learned. After a few cycles of helping students at his alma-mater, other schools began hearing about the workshop.

Eventually Oklahoma State University approached Chad with the opportunity to start giving workshops hosted by the OSU Engineering department. He gave several workshops on campus and counselors began requesting him to come to their high schools. Chad agreed and the rest is history.

Chad graduated from Oklahoma State with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management. He worked 5 years in Oklahoma City at Lucent Technologies as a manufacturing planning engineer. He also runs a division of Cargill Consulting, Inc. called Captured Knowledge, Inc.

This engineering consulting division focuses on statistical analysis, data driven decisions, and process optimization of systems.

Chad is very involved in his local church Harrah First Assembly of God where he and his wife Shellie are the SCUBA Kids Church pastors.

Zack teaches the ACT Math workshops for Cargill Consulting. Zack will complete his studies in chemical engineering this year at the University of Oklahoma, and, after graduation, will stay at OU an additional year to finish graduate school.

In high school, Zack achieved a composite score of 35 on the ACT, including a perfect score in the math section. He also achieved a perfect score in the math section of the PSAT and a near perfect score on the SAT.

Zack has been teaching workshops for Cargill Consulting for more than three years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending church and participating in mission trips, and cheering on the Sooners.

I've been with Cargill Consulting since 2004.  It has been a great adventure.  I enjoy working so much with all the counselors, students, and parents.  It's so rewarding to know that you may be able to make a difference in someone's life.  I REALLY enjoy working in my office and handling all the business affairs of the company.

I attend Harrah First Assembly of God where I'm currently the church secretary.  I also work with the girls group of the church "Mpact Girls Club and Teen Girls Ministries."  I have been married to my husband Robert for 28 years.  Together we have one son, Charles.  We have gained a daughter-in-law this past year, April.  In June our grand daughter Avery Elizabeth was brought into the world!  Most of all, I enjoy spending lots of time with my family and watching sports.

I am currently a senior at Oklahoma State University working towards my bachelor in Management Information Systems with a minor in Marketing. Next fall I will begin working towards a master in Management Information Systems.

I began working for CCI in the fall of 2006 as a web developer and network administrator.
I was raised in Glenpool, America and graduated from Glenpool High School in 2004 with a 3.9 GPA. I unfortunately only took the ACT twice and settled on a cumulative score of 24. Had I taken Chad’s ACT Prep course I would have easily raised my score to a 28-30.

In high school I was very active in the student mentor program and the Boy Scouts. I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2002 and earned the Berner T Emery award in 2003.

In my free time I enjoy tinkering with computers, cell phones, media centers, gps systems, etc. If you have a question about what type of computer to purchase, my answer will be “Get a Mac or settle with a Dell.”
